Only Certified Residential or Certified General appraisers will be considered.  No trainee or licensed appraisers permitted **</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>·          Complete quality Desktop and Field appraisal assignments consistent with established client driven turn times.</p>\n<p>·          Perform quality control reviews on complex valuation reports including, but not limited to, jumbo loans, private wealth/high net worth, unique or complex properties, etc.</p>\n<p>·          Contact field appraisers as needed to discuss and resolve complex or time-sensitive revision requests.</p>\n<p>·          Independently resolve quality control escalations by coaching field appraisers, discussing concerns and options with a client, and keeping all parties informed while working toward a swift resolution.</p>\n<p>·          Understand, implement and keep current with ServiceLink policies and procedures.</p>\n<p>·          Maintain thorough understanding of USPAP, FNMA and all state regulations as they pertain to the performance of appraisal services.</p>\n<p>·          Maintain license(s) in good standing, including but not limited to attending CEU courses as mandated by state licensing entity.</p>\n<p>·          Maintain a thorough understanding of ServiceLink’s quality standards for completion and delivery expectations of appraisal reports to clients.</p>\n<p>·          Provide timely web updates on all assignments to ensure excellent customer service.</p>\n<p>·          Exhibit a high degree of professionalism in attire, appearance, and demeanor when completing site visits.</p>\n<p>·          Perform all other duties as assigned.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>·          Appraisal Certification (Residential or General)</p>\n<p>·          High School Diploma/GED required</p>\n<p>·          College Degree Preferred</p>\n<p>·          Experience to appraise a broad range of property types</p>\n<p>·          Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills</p>\n<p>·          Proficient in the Microsoft software products</p>\n<p>·          Prior Valuation experience with a major lender or AMC preferred</p>\n<p>·          Advanced designations a plus</p>",
