The position is responsible for maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that company revenue goals are achieved.</div>\n</div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div><strong>HVAC Maintenance Tech responsibilities will include:</strong></div>\n<div>&nbsp;</div>\n<div>Provide heating and cooling preventive maintenance and tune-ups. This includes HVAC, heat pumps, ducted systems, boilers, etc.</div>\n<div>Communicate all information to the office by opening/closing jobs in electronic scheduling system to include but not limited to, job arrival, job completion, follow up notes/summary of work completed, etc.</div>\n<div>Obtain the customer’s approval for work and obtain payment on-site as appropriate.</div>\n<div>Maintain clean, neat vehicles and job sites and projects a clean, well-groomed professional appearance always.</div>\n<div>Assume responsibility for trucks, tools, and uniforms.</div>\n<div>Attend group meetings and training, as needed. Participates in monthly and special company meetings, as appropriate.</div>\n<div>Use good judgment and self-control in areas wherein the company entrusts him/her to maintain company and customer confidentiality.</div>\n<div>Establish a sound positive work relationship with all members of the New Berlin team.
