This is a hands-on execution role — you will shadow client-facing requirement sessions, own documentation, manage sprint-level coordination in Jira, and keep communication flowing between stakeholders and the engineering team.</p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who understands how software integrations work, thrives in structured Agile environments, and takes ownership without waiting to be directed.</p>\n<p>─────────────────────────────────</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<p>• Shadow senior stakeholders in requirement elicitation sessions with US-based healthcare clients and translate those discussions into structured BRDs, user stories, and process flows<br>• Own Jira board management — create and groom tickets, track sprint progress, and proactively follow up with team members to keep work moving<br>• Present and explain requirements to the engineering team during sprint planning, estimation, and refinement sessions<br>• Serve as the first point of contact for development team queries — triage, respond, and escalate to senior stakeholders where required<br>• Identify and flag gaps in requirements related to system integrations, with working knowledge of HL7, FHIR, APIs, and EHR workflows<br>• Maintain clear and consistent communication across cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, and client stakeholders)</p>\n<p>─────────────────────────────────</p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<p>• 2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or functional analyst role within a healthcare IT or software house environment<br>• Mid-level understanding of software integration concepts — HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, and EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, or similar)<br>• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with Jira or equivalent tools<br>• Strong written and spoken English — client-facing communication with US-based stakeholders is a core part of this role<br>• Ability to translate unstructured, ambiguous discussions into clear, actionable requirement documents<br>• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with a degree of autonomy within a defined scope</p>\n<p>─────────────────────────────────</p>\n<p>Nice to Have</p>\n<p>• Prior exposure to US healthcare workflows — care coordination, billing, EHR integrations, or clinical operations<br>• Experience writing or reviewing API documentation or integration specs<br>• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, Notion, or similar documentation platforms</p>",
