    "description_html": "<strong><span style=\"font-size:16px;\">PACKING OPERATOR</span></strong><br><br>The purpose of this position is to ensure products are packed properly, according to quality and hygiene standards, and to guarantee efficient material flow from/to the production floor, in accordance with company standards and procedures. The Packing Operator reports to the Shift Supervisor.<br><br>The role of Packing Operator is based on the following activities:<br><br>HSE STANDARDS:<br>• Follows safety rules according to company policies and regulations.<br>• Maintains order, organization, and cleanliness in all assigned areas, working in line with correct workplace hygiene practices, with the aim to be an example to others.<br><br>PRODUCTION MATERIALS HANDLING:<br>• Ensures proper handling of raw material, feeding hoppers and loaders with raw materials or bottles headed for labeling machine lines and post-production materials.<br>• Uses the forklift, if necessary.<br><br>FINISHED GOODS HANDLING:<br>• Ensures proper handling of finished goods, making sure products are packed properly, according to clients’ requests.<br>• Uses appropriate materials (e.g.: boxes, trays, bags etc.), stacks, loads, labels pallets and hands them over to the warehouse operator once in the warehouse or in the exchange area between production and warehouse.<br><br>QUALITY CHECKS:<br>• Performs product controls (e.g., visual controls, weight verifications, sorting etc.) also using measuring instruments, following the product control plan and records outcomes in the appropriate form.<br><br>CLEANING OPERATIONS:<br>• Cleans the machine and washes bulks following company standards, coordinating with the machine operator and overseen by the shift supervisor.<br><br>COMMUNICATION and COOPERATION:<br>• Reports and records all machine stoppages in real time and informs the machine operator/ shift supervisor in case of any irregularity.<br>• Promotes effective communication between team and Manager.<br>• Interacts with different business functions to drive high performance culture.<br><br>Technical Skills:<br>• Good applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques<br>• Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts<br>• Basic knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices<br><br>Personal Skills:<br>• Accountability. Accept responsibility for your actions. Be accountable for your results. Take ownership for your mistakes.<br>• Problem solving. Be analytic. Be frugal and avoid sophistication to get the job done without compromising on quality.<br>• Resilience and put passion in what you do. Patience, tenacity and hard work allow you to reach your goals and positively respond to challenges. Never give up.<br>• Team Play.
