As a Terminal Operations Associate , you’ll be part of a team that keeps bulk commodities moving safely and efficiently through one of the busiest inland ports in the country.

What you'll be doing:
Loading and unloading of trucks, rail cars and barges along the Mississippi River Performing general dock maintenance and cleanup Securing cargo and supporting crane and heavy equipment operators Assisting with line handling and barge positioning Following Zero Harm safety processes and procedures for a safe work environment This is hands-on, outdoor work that plays a critical role in America’s supply chain. Heavy Equipment Operator (cranes, loaders, forklifts) Warehouse Clerk Locomotive Operator Trainer Supervisor Operations Management Schedule:
12-hour shifts: 6am – 6pm Monday through Friday This role occasionally requires a rotation to night shift (6pm - 6am) Occasional mandatory weekends What We Offer:
