No prior terminal or river experience required, just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.</p><p>If you’re looking for a place where you can start strong, learn the business, and build a future, this role offers that opportunity.</p><p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Loading and unloading of trucks, rail cars and barges along the Mississippi River</li><li>Performing general dock maintenance and cleanup</li><li>Securing cargo and supporting crane and heavy equipment operators</li><li>Assisting with line handling and barge positioning</li><li>Following Zero Harm safety processes and procedures for a safe work environment</li></ul><p>This is hands-on, outdoor work that plays a critical role in America’s supply chain.
