The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on experience and will be responsible for guiding a talented team in the development of innovative mobile enterprise applications. This role requires proficiency in multiple programming languages, a solid understanding of web security principles, and the ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining mobile enterprise applications, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiently utilize programming languages such as <strong>Java, Python, C#,</strong> or <strong>PHP</strong>, and frameworks like <strong>Spring, Django, ASP.NET,</strong> or <strong>Laravel</strong> to create robust, scalable applications. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Write clean, maintainable code while implementing software development best practices to enhance code quality and performance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and implement effective database solutions, applying principles of normalization, indexing, and data modeling. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Utilize SQL and manage database systems such as <strong>MongoDB, PostgreSQL,</strong> or <strong>Microsoft SQL Server</strong> to ensure optimal data management and retrieval. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with front-end developers to create responsive and interactive user interfaces using technologies such as <strong>HTML, CSS, JavaScript,</strong> and <strong>jQuery</strong>, delivering an engaging user experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement web security measures to protect applications against vulnerabilities such as <strong>cross-site scripting (XSS)</strong>, <strong>cross-site request forgery (CSRF)</strong>, and <strong>SQL injection</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and develop secure web applications that safeguard user data and ensure compliance with security best practices. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Integrate and consume external APIs, including <strong>RESTful APIs</strong> or <strong>SOAP</strong>, to enhance application functionality and user experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Automate the deployment of containerized micro services using continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, utilizing strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Employ agile development methodologies to lead project planning, estimation, and tracking efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science related field and 8+ years of enterprise development/design experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Must possess at least 2 years of lead experience across diverse development teams.  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Active DoD Secret clearance Preferred.
