Description

Take-off with Pilatus! We are seeking a Maintenance Shop Supervisor to support maintenance operations in Chamblee, GA. Responsibility for oversight of daily aircraft maintenance activities across multiple teams, leadership of maintenance personnel, and coordination of operational priorities in a fast-paced service environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Oversight of daily aircraft maintenance operations including planning, scheduling, shop load management, and resource allocation Leadership, mentoring, and support of Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chiefs and Technicians across multiple maintenance teams Compliance with FAA regulations, Certified Repair Station requirements, and approved maintenance procedures Review and approval of maintenance records, work orders, and operational documentation for accuracy and completeness Monitoring of operational performance, maintenance quality, workflow efficiency, and corrective action initiatives Coordination between technicians, leadership, and support teams to ensure alignment, issue resolution, and operational continuity Support of workforce planning, training, employee development, and performance management activities Support of maintenance operations during Crew Chief or AOG staffing gaps, including hands-on maintenance activities as required Oversight of tools, equipment, facilities, and workplace safety standards Identification and implementation of process improvements to support operational efficiency and maintenance performance
