This role involves preparing quarterly and annual consolidated accounts, collaborating with various stakeholders, and participating in projects aimed at optimizing consolidation processes.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Supervision of Group's Statutory Consolidation:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the collection of financial data from the group’s various entities.</li>\n<li>Ensure the integrity and accuracy of consolidated financial information in accordance with IFRS.</li>\n<li>Manage all consolidation entries, ensuring they are correctly processed and aligned with group standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preparation of Consolidated Accounts:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated accounts for the group, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.</li>\n<li>Analyze financial variations and discrepancies compared to previous periods, providing detailed explanations.</li>\n<li>Ensure consistency and accuracy of financial information across the entire group.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication with Stakeholders:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to quarterly consolidation instructions to guide local and central finance teams in the preparation of consolidated accounts.</li>\n<li>Participate actively in the consolidation process and resolve any related issues in collaboration with local finance teams.</li>\n<li>Work closely with the shareholders’ finance team to prepare and review consolidated accounts for the Data4 consolidation.</li>\n<li>Provide financial analyses and reports for management and shareholders, highlighting key insights and trends.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the smooth running of the audit process for the Data4 consolidated accounts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Regulatory and Normative Monitoring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stay updated on changes and developments in IFRS standards.</li>\n<li>Ensure all consolidation practices are fully compliant with IFRS regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Participation in Group Finance Projects:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to projects focused on simplifying and streamlining the production of Data4 consolidated accounts.</li>\n<li>Actively participate in the project to internalize consolidation work currently outsourced to an external firm.</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within consolidation processes and contribute to their implementation.</li>\n<li>Support any other projects related to the group's growth and expansion.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATION &amp; SKILLS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Master’s degree in accounting (DSCG), finance or in similar field.</li>\n<li>Experience in group consolidation or similar role; global experience preferably starting in a big 4.</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and their application in consolidation processes.</li>\n<li>Familiar with holdings under LBO topics and multi scope management</li>\n<li>Very good use of Excel and consolidation tools: OneStream</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. </li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n<li>A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Proficient in French and English.</li>\n</ul>",
