Our DME fitters play an essential role in enhancing the quality of life for patients who rely on durable medical equipment, ensuring that their devices are functional, comfortable, and suited to their individual needs.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>As recommended by the physician, fit patients with DME, ensuring proper fit and utilization.</li><li>Provide training and education to patients on the application, proper use, care and expected outcome for equipment as indicated by physician instruction and manufacturer.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, service logs, and patient interactions.</li><li>Respond to DME requests and troubleshoot equipment issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Stock DME supply room and help monitor inventory levels.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.</li></ul><p><strong>Perform other related duties as assigned</strong></p><p><em>Please note, the responsibilities and scope outlined in this document are not exhaustive and may evolve based on business needs.
