    "description": "<h2>Our Company</h2>\n<p>Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation</p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<strong>Make a Meaningful Difference—Beyond Traditional Certified Nursing Assistant Care</strong> \n<strong>Ready for more than the typical CNA role?</strong>At Rehab Without Walls, you’ll help patients rebuild independence after neurological injuries—\n<strong>in a home-like residential setting, not a hospital.</strong>This is a unique CNA opportunity where care is more personal, flexible, and impactful—and duties are lighter than traditional facility roles.\n<strong>Why This Role Stands Out</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Residential home setting (not hospital or nursing facility)</li>\n <li>Lighter CNA workload + more meaningful patient interaction</li>\n <li>Support patients recovering from brain injuries, strokes, and complex conditions</li>\n <li>Help patients transition from hospital → home → independence</li>\n <li>Be part of a collaborative neurorehabilitation team</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>What You’ll Do</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with daily care + life skills development</li>\n <li>Support cooking, light housekeeping, and transportation</li>\n <li>Participate in community-based activities</li>\n <li>Administer medications (with certification)</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>We Invest in You (Company Paid)</strong>\n<ul>\n <li>Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification within 6 months</li>\n <li>CRMA certification (if not already CNA-M)</li>\n</ul>\n<strong>Apply Today</strong>If you’re ready to move beyond task-based care and truly impact lives, this is your opportunity.\n<strong>Apply now and help patients rebuild their lives—one step at a time.</strong>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide direct personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and ambulation.</li>\n <li>Monitor residents' physical condition and report changes in health status to the appropriate clinical staff.</li>\n <li>Assist with medication observation and medical monitoring as directed by care plans and organizational policies.</li>\n <li>Support residents in developing and maintaining daily living skills and self-help activities.</li>\n <li>Encourage independence while providing appropriate supervision and assistance.</li>\n <li>Foster positive relationships and healthy interactions among residents and their housemates.</li>\n <li>Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times and maintain a safe living environment.</li>\n <li>Assist residents with recreational, social, and community-based activities.</li>\n <li>Accompany residents to scheduled appointments, community outings, and other approved activities.</li>\n <li>Document care provided, resident progress, and significant observations accurately and timely.</li>\n <li>Communicate effectively with residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members.</li>\n <li>Follow individualized care plans and support strategies.</li>\n <li>Maintain compliance with all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li>\n <li>Participate in team meetings, training programs, and ongoing professional development activities.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care and program operations.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum age requirements is 18 year</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license, with satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy</li>\n <li>Certification, if required by state licensure as a CNA or Home Health Care Aide in the state in which the aide is to provide care</li>\n <li>Will be required to obtain DSP Certificate within 6 months of employment (company paid)</li>\n <li>Will be requited to obtain CRMA which company will provide training</li>\n <li>Completion of a recognized home care aide training program or 6 months of recent experience as an aide</li>\n <li>Must be able to utilize proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up 75 lbs.; must be able to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to person-centered care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PREFFERED:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working with individuals recovering from neurologial injuries, brain injuries, behavioral health condiditions, or other complex rehabilitation needs</li>\n <li>Experience in residential care, long-term care, rehabilitation, or community-based support settings</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
