For entry level, please apply for our “Greatest HVAC Entry Level Job EVER” listing.** if a class is open.</em></p>\n<p><em>We will have a career fair on November 8th for our training positions. </em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>The Super-Fun HR Stuff</strong></p>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ years of experience with residential HVAC maintenance or service repairs, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc. or a Tech Builder program graduate</li>\n <li>Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills</li>\n <li>EPA Universal or Type II EPA certification</li>\n <li>Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of required tools</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Basic computer skills</li>\n <li>Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Additional years of experience with residential HVAC maintenance or service repairs, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning units, etc.</li>\n <li>NATE Certification</li>\n <li>HVAC education (Associates, Diploma, Certificate) or Manufacturer Training\\</li>\n <li>Service Titan Experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Morris-Jenkins is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
