We're genuine co-owners, and this ESOP setup promotes a culture of collaboration and engagement throughout MSA because we all have a direct financial interest as owners.\"</em> -Project Engineer - Transportation, Cedar Rapids Office</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><em><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Potable water planning, feasibility studies, and compliance reporting</li>\n <li>Develop drawings using AutoCAD and/or BIM software platforms</li>\n <li>Develop Technical Specifications</li>\n <li>Regulatory and technical permit preparation</li>\n <li>Administer & observe construction of potable water-related projects</li>\n <li>Project scoping & budgeting</li>\n <li>Interact with clients, vendors, manufacturers, and the public</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><em><strong>What you bring</strong></em></p>\n<p><em><strong>Skills & Knowledge / Education & Experience:</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required</li>\n <li>8+ years of prior experience with relevant project types required</li>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license required</li>\n <li>This position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
