This is a nonexempt hourly position that reports to the Operations Area Manager.\\r\\n\\r\\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tEnsure that parking tickets are accurately calculated, and the fee correctly collected by the customer. \\r\\n\\tCommunicate with customers in a friendly and inviting manner, answering questions about parking operation including but not limited to hours of operation and rates.\\r\\n\\tDirect customers to open egress lanes to maintain speedy service and exits. \\r\\n\\tAccurately complete daily cashier shift report. \\r\\n\\tCoordinate with management on processing exception transactions. \\r\\n\\tInform management of safety and security issues in a timely manner. \\r\\n\\tProvide cashier breaks.\\r\\n\\tProvide change to cashiers throughout the parking system.\\r\\n\\tTransport supplies to cashier booths and offices.\\r\\n\\tSweep garages and lots including but not limited to curbs, stairs, walkways, elevators, and drive lanes.\\r\\n\\tWipe down handrails in stairs using company approved cleaning supplies.\\r\\n\\tClean windows in structures using company approved cleaning supplies.\\r\\n\\tClean and polish trash cans using company approved supplies.\\r\\n\\tEmpty trash cans and install new can liners.\\r\\n\\tClean vomit, urine, feces, and blood in a timely manner using company approved supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE).\\r\\n\\tMop elevators, elevator landings, and other areas as needed using company approved supplies and PPE.\\r\\n\\tSafely operate company vehicles and trucks, maintaining an acceptable and clean driving record that meets specific company policy.\\r\\n\\tPerform regular structure and lot tours.\\r\\n\\tSnow and ice shoveling as required.\\r\\n\\tRemove trash and debris from drive lanes, curbs, walkways, stairs, and other applicable areas of the operation as needed.\\r\\n\\tClean 911 boxes, signage, and window ledges using company approved supplies.\\r\\n\\tRemove cobwebs in stairwell corners and around light fixtures.\\r\\n\\tClean the offices, empty trash, vacuum, dust, wash windows.\\r\\n\\tClean the restrooms, wash sink, toilet, mop floor, fill paper and sanitary products as needed.\\r\\n\\tClean break rooms.\\r\\n\\tRemove graffiti as needed and perform paint touch up.\\r\\n\\tPainting areas in the structure, stairwells, bathrooms, office walls.\\r\\n\\tComplete work orders assigned through Fiix software.\\r\\n\\tPerform car counts at structures and open lots.\\r\\n\\tRespond to elevator problems and reset as needed.\\r\\n\\tSnow removal duties including but not limited to shoveling, scrapping, and applying mag salt as needed.\\r\\n\\tReplace light bulbs as needed.\\r\\n\\tAssist with power washing as needed.\\r\\n\\tOther duties as assigned.\\r\\n\\tCollect money from parking meters.\\r\\n\\tClear coin and bill jams in pay stations as needed.\\r\\n\\tMake deliveries of funds to the bank.\\r\\n\\tConduct audits on meters.\\r\\n\\tOperate company vehicles in a safe manner.\\r\\n\\tReplace decals on meters as needed.\\r\\n\\tReplace thermal receipt paper in meters.\\r\\n\\tconduct regular preventive maintenance on meters.\\r\\n\\tReplace meters and meter posts as needed.\\r\\n\\tInstall and remove meter hoods in a timely manner.\\r\\n\\tProvide maintenance to meter mechanisms, heads, housing, and posts as needed.\\r\\n\\r\\n\",\"employmentType\":\"FULL_TIME\",\"hiringOrganization\":{\"@type\":\"Organization\",\"name\":\"PCI Municipal Services\",\"logo\":\"https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/application/style/logo?clientkey=350A5850CAA11096E210C9CDE9511AF5\"},\"jobLocation\":{\"@type\":\"Place\",\"address\":{\"streetAddress\":\"324 MAYNARD\",\"addressLocality\":\"Ann Arbor \",\"addressRegion\":\"MI\",\"postalCode\":48104,\"addressCountry\":\"USA\"}},\"qualifications\":\"WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT:\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tUtility employees work up to 90% of the time outside and should be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. \\r\\n\\tRepetitive use of hands, grasping and holding tools, extensive walking, standing, bending, reaching, crouching, grasping, twisting, and stair climbing. \\r\\n\\tPosition regular works with various cleaning solvents, and hazardous substances for removal of graffiti, cleaning, painting, and other applications. \\r\\n\\tEnvironmental conditions include working in the weather of all types.
