font-size: 12pt\">This position will be primarily responsible for group facilitation and providing one-to-one therapy for individuals struggling with complex mental health conditions. </span></span></p>\n<p>Following our rotational therapist model, you will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to achieve positive client outcomes, while sharing our core values of communication, community, excellence, health, and innovation.</p>\n<p><span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Provide individual trauma therapy utilizing Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and/or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).</span></span><br></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Facilitate psychoeducation groups (based on ACT, sleep education, DBT skills, mindfulness, and family support).</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Provide resource-based interventions, case management and coordination, transition, or discharge planning.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Experience</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Licensed Counselling Therapist is required.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">2+ years of experience in mental health assessment/triage and treatment is a strong asset.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Utilizing EMDR or ART for treatment of PTSD is an asset.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Experience treating addiction is a strong asset.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Experience with individual, group, and family counselling is an asset.</span></span></li>\n<li><span><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34);
