    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Nakupuna Solutions is looking for a SharePoint Developer to assume the responsibility for the design, build, test, deployment, and management of a suite SharePoint sites.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a temporary position running through February 2027.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The following reflects management’s definition of key functions for this job and reserves the right to assign additional duties as necessary to meet operational requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Creating scalable and secure user interface applications with an emphasis on front-end graphics design</li>\n <li>Writing and modifying code to build SharePoint sites, interfaces, and workflows based on user requirements</li>\n <li>Testing software and ensuring code runs properly</li>\n <li>Providing ongoing support and fixing issues as they arise</li>\n <li>Conducting discovery sessions to gather requirements for SharePoint projects</li>\n <li>Designing secure SharePoint sites and applications and overseeing their implementations</li>\n <li>Documenting SharePoint configurations and architecture</li>\n <li>Understanding of customer workflows to drive efficiencies through optimization and automation</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with the SharePoint and intranet technical team, as well as business partners on successful integration of sites and applications</li>\n <li>Ensure the operational health of the SharePoint online environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability</li>\n <li>Maintain/sustain existing SharePoint sites and sub sites, lists, libraries, and content (including pages, workflows, and items)</li>\n <li>Experience documenting and championing technical requirements that result from business process and/or organizational change recommendations</li>\n <li>Interact with client to understand business requirements and underlying workflows to meet expectations</li>\n <li>Integrate existing applications and business processes into SharePoint suite as required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Experience/Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.</li>\n <li>Must have 3-5 years of SharePoint Online development experience.</li>\n <li>Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, and Web Services.</li>\n <li>Experience working on Medium to Large-Scale SharePoint Farms.</li>\n <li>Understanding of publishing features in SharePoint and experience working with Master Pages, Page Layouts, Themes and CSS.</li>\n <li>Experience in deploying organization-wide and high visibility SharePoint business solutions.</li>\n <li>Experience in web design using CSS, JavaScript, and OOB SharePoint features.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Preferred Experience/Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional certifications in SharePoint Online.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Clearance Requirements: </strong>This position requires an active <strong>SECRET</strong> security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>This position will be located in Arlington, Virginia.</p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>: The ideal candidate must at a minimum be able to meet the following physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.</li>\n <li>Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.</li>\n <li>Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.<strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p>#LI-NC26</p>",
