Our success is a direct result of the people who work here.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>ConeTec offers a comprehensive benefits package for all regular full-time employees including extended health, dental, long-term disability and life insurance, wellness program, 401K matching, corporate stock incentives, a referral bonus, professional development and more.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OVERVIEW</span><br></p>\n<p>We are seeking a skilled DC Electrical Technician with experience in mobile equipment.  This role combines hands-on installation with circuit design, troubleshooting, and component sourcing.  The ideal candidate will not only perform wiring and installation but also analyze electrical needs, recommend solutions, and procure the right parts to ensure reliable and efficient system performance.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Install, wire, and terminate DC electrical components on mobile equipment (alternators, batteries, chargers, inverters, controllers, sensors, etc.)</li>\n<li>Diagnose, design, and optimize DC electrical circuits for functionality and efficiency</li>\n<li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals</li>\n<li>Select and source appropriate parts, hardware, and wiring supplies to complete projects cost-effectively</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in the field and in shop settings</li>\n<li>Work with hydraulic and mechanical systems where electrical integration is required</li>\n<li>Ensure all work meets safely, quality, and industry standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Journeyman Electrician, Electrical Technician, or equivalent hands-on experience (formal license preferred but not required if experience is strong)</li>\n<li>Strong background in DC electrical systems, preferable on mobile or heavy equipment (construction, agricultural, industrial, or marine equipment experience is a plus)</li>\n<li>Ability to design circuits, size conductors, and calculate loads properly</li>\n<li>Experience with alternators, battery banks, isolators, DC-DC chargers, and related systems</li>\n<li>Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis</li>\n<li>Comfortable with both field and shop environments; able to lift and install components</li>\n<li>Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><br>Preferred</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with PLCs, CAN bus, or control wiring in mobile equipment</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of hydraulic and mechanical systems as they integrate with electrical components</li>\n<li>Vendor and parts sourcing experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>As part of our dedicated focus on the health and safety of all employees, and due to the requirement that employees be able to safely complete the tasks associated with this job position, a successful candidate may be required to take a pre-employment fit for duty test, including a drug and alcohol testing, and complete a satisfactory criminal record check.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>ConeTec is an equal opportunity employer.
