The Estimator fulfills client appointments in a timely manner and demonstrates a professional demeanor to all potential new and current customers. The Estimator performs initial site inspections. The Estimator assesses projects by identifying project requirements, regarding time, labor, and material costs. The Estimator reads blueprints and analyzes all other applicable documents to prepare estimates. The Estimator acts as the final say in the calculation, analysis, and adjustment of estimates. The Estimator presents estimates to clients in a timely and polite manner and recommends cost-reduction options. The Estimator closes the job by obtaining the signed ATPS (authorization to provide services) from the customer and collects the deductible, where applicable. The Estimator assists the sales team in final project preparation transactions. The Estimator maintains thorough records of all project documentation, including estimates, sales receipts, and project completion documentation. The Estimator provides all site-collected documents and funds to the project management team. The Estimator follows the company dictated commission turn in procedure. The Estimator operates all technology-related equipment in a professional fashion. The Estimator maintains company vehicle in customer presentable condition &amp; ensures all required maintenance is performed in timely fashion. The Estimator must be at work at 6:30 in the morning and attend JMR meetings daily. font-size: 16px\">Obtain Construction Training certification           </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Obtain Xactimate Level 1 certification     </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Operate and understand Matterport         </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-size: 16px\">Foster positive relationships with team members, clients, subcontractors and vendors           </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif;
