    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>\"Join Our Team: Souto Foods Seeks Bilingual MERCHANDISER!\"</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Us:</strong></p>\n<p>At Souto Foods, we're not just providing customers with the highest- quality products from Latin America and the Carribean, we are also providng the best service in the industry!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p>\n<p>To organize and maintain product spaces in our customers stores to improve their sales and profitability. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Accountabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Schedule the store set with the owners/managers. </li>\n <li>Check customer pricing to ensure correct and competitive </li>\n <li>Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and customers. </li>\n <li>Monitor stocks products and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs, etc. </li>\n <li>Maintain store shelves and inventory, spaces and organizing with pop material. </li>\n <li>Build constructive customers’ expectations and companies’ objectives. </li>\n <li>Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product / stock. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Desirable Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidate should have two/four-year degree or equivalent experience with 1-2 years retail experience and good interpersonal skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong customer service and communication skills </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to work flexible schedule with possible evenings or weekends </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-RM1</p>\n<p> </p>",
