font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">What we are looking for in a Candidate</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">7-10 years construction experience with a minimum of 3 years in a Superintendent role required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Four-year college degree/or field related equivalent preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Excellent blueprint and specification reading ability</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of construction engineering, specifically applicable zoning, building, electrical and mechanical codes and ordinances</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Basic knowledge of Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam and Primavera Suretrack, etc</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Procore experience a plus</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintains a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Establishes and prioritizes workflow in alignment with the project schedule and Project Managers direction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Owns the development and ongoing management of the three‑week look‑ahead schedule, coordinating with Project Managers and trade partners to sequence work, resolve constraints, anticipate risk, and drive reliable weekly execution.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Manages the procurement log in partnership with the project team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Leads pre-installation and other project meetings.
