    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Set-up and operate casting machinery<br>\n Adjust coating machinery for efficient operation<br>\n Change coater rollers<br>\n Maintain proper flow of coating material<br>\n Check and maintain proper over temperature control<br>\n Move guides, adjust belt, adjust gripper rolls<br>\n Adjust micrometer setting utilizing feeler guages<br>\n Instruct and coordinate activities of stacker<br>\n Keep machinery operating efficient operation by oiling, greasing or painting&nbsp;<br>\n Open and remove wrapping from bundles<br>\n Wash and clean machines<br>\n Check tin plate for proper specifications and gauging before loading into feeder<br>\n Check production orders<br>\n Hammer out bent sheets<br>\n Maintain function of counter and verify count<br>\n Check viscosity of coating at least every half-hour using Ford cup and pocket watch<br>\n Perform other duties, such as but not limited to: replace spoiled sheets, prepare load tickets, remove a coated &nbsp;sheet from the oven at least every half-hour and compare with previously coated sheets<br>\n Prepare shift production reports<br>\n Responsible for quantity and quality of production from coater<br>\n Check at least two sheets per load for visual defects and check registration when necessary<br>\n Relieve adjacent operators for lunch and break periods<br>\n Sort and/or stack plate, when needed<br>\n Operate bundle turner, when needed<br>\n Perform film weight checks to Cincinnati quality specifications.</p>\n<p>Previous experience operating manufacturing equipment efficiently required.<br>\n Must be able to use scale and margin guides<br>\n Must be available to work 2nd or 3rd shift, weekends, and holidays as scheduled<br>\n Ability to be on feet up to 8-12 hours per shift<br>\n Frequently lift 35 pounds or more, stand on feet long periods of time, and walk often.<br>\n Use of hands and fingers to perform job function<br>\n Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb</p>",
