          "text": "<p>The Director serves a key role on the Versant Production &amp; Distribution Finance team, reporting to the Director, Production &amp; Distribution Finance and serving as an operational finance support partner to the “Technology &amp; Engineering” team. The role provides the unique opportunity for extensive visibility with the Versant leadership team and experience both shaping and managing the operations of a recently formed Media company.<br>\n<br>\nThe Production &amp; Distribution Finance team is responsible for providing the full suite of operational Finance support to the President of Operations &amp; Technology. This team will be responsible for supporting strategic decisions on the set-up of the Versant Operations &amp; Technology function and providing ongoing financial support on day-to-day operations and guiding long-term initiatives. The Director of Technology &amp; Engineering Finance will specifically support Operations Leaders, including the SVP of Technology &amp; Engineering as well as a team of 600+ Full Time Employees (6 Operations Vice Presidents+).&#xa0; Technology &amp; Engineering Operations manages expenses and capital projects in excess of $150M.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting the President of Operations &amp; Technology and Operations Leadership team in making strategic decisions related to setting-up new technical and operational solutions for Versant</li><li>Providing ongoing operational finance support for the Technology &amp; Engineering team, including enabling Company-wide Technology support/solutions, Engineering infrastructure, Satellite Operations, managing key vendor relationships, and providing financial support across Versant Operations</li><li>Managing tracking of Technology &amp; Engineering operating expenses and allocating capital spend in collaboration with Operations &amp; Technology Finance/Ops. Teams and Versant Corporate FP&amp;A team</li><li>Partnering with Versant Corporate FP&amp;A team with key inputs for ongoing forecasting, including budgets/long-range plans, in-year pacing and ad hoc financial analysis on Operations &amp; Technology organization and specifically for Technology &amp; Engineering Operations</li></ul>",
