The Gauger – Sidematcher Operator is responsible for the proper setup, operation and maintenance of the flooring matcher, maximize throughput while maintaining high quality.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p><p>1. Follow the instructions of Flooring Mill Manager.</p><p>2. Rotate to other jobs, as required.</p><p>3. Ability to maintain a satisfactory productivity level.</p><p>4. Follow safe practices in job performance.</p><p>5. Follow the 5S program to ensure areas are organized and cleaned.</p><p>6. Understand and support the ISO 9001/ISO 14001 Integrated Management System.</p><p>7. Follow the operational practices as defined by the Work Instructions for this job.</p><p>8. Regular, predictable attendance.</p><p>9. Ability to do the essential duties.</p><p>10. Ability to work cooperatively with fellow workers.</p>",
