We are a growing logistics company committed to safety, compliance, and efficient transportation services across multiple regions.</p><p data-pasted=\"true\">We are looking for a Dispatcher Assistant to support daily dispatch operations at our Savannah Division. This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal staff.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Support daily logistics and dispatch operations</p><p>Understand routing, load planning, and FMCSA HOS regulations</p><p>Manage drivers&rsquo; workloads and driving schedules</p><p>Enter new load PODs and update completed PODs</p><p>Input and maintain records in the TMS system</p><p>Communicate with customers and assist in resolving issues</p><p>Perform assigned tasks under the direction of the Primary Dispatcher</p><p>Respond quickly and effectively to operational issues as they arise</p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Qualifications</strong>:</p><p>High school diploma required</p><p>Strong communication skills</p><p>Intermediate level of Microsoft Word and Excel</p><p>Able to read and respond to emails</p><p>Self-motivated and able to work independently</p><p>Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills</p><p>Passionate about logistics and transportation operations</p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><p>Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day</p>\n",
