This role performs preventive maintenance, supports daily operations, and assists in facility upkeep, working closely with the Maintenance Manager and other departments to minimize downtime and maintain a safe working environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine and complex maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered and hydraulic manufacturing equipment</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and services according to established schedules for both equipment and facility systems</li><li>Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, diesel engine, and facility issues and determine corrective actions</li><li>Replace, repair, and calibrate parts to maintain operational standards</li><li>Perform general facility maintenance, including lighting, HVAC support, minor plumbing, painting, and building repairs</li><li>Maintain accurate service records, logs, and repair documentation</li><li>Read and interpret technical manuals, hydraulic schematics, diesel diagrams, and blueprints</li><li>Utilize hand and power tools, measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively</li><li>Monitor equipment performance and assist in implementing improvement initiatives</li><li>Comply with all ATMI safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures</li><li>Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance personnel</li><li>Work Saturdays or additional hours as required</li></ul>",
