    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Customer point of contact for the assembly group quality.</span></li>\n <li><span>Lead 8D investigation and customer response.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 Internal Quality System Audit management.</span></li>\n <li><span>Customer portals Ford GSAR, General Motors SPPS, Stellantis NCT, and others</span></li>\n <li><span>Layered Process Audit management.</span></li>\n <li><span>Train or coordinate the training of departmental personnel to perform their job responsibilities in a proficient manner.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Knowledge and practice of Hutchinson’s Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies, procedures and requirements.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor hold cage and material disposition.</span></li>\n <li><span>Scrap reduction team member.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Data collection for metric reporting.</span></li>\n <li><span>Review of inspection data.</span></li>\n <li><span>Continuous improvement team member.</span></li>\n <li><span>Other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong>:&nbsp; None</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.&nbsp; The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.&nbsp; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>Must have the ability to independently lead a cross functional team using problem solving tools and the 8D methodology.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>Must have good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, production, engineering, sales and other company personnel.&nbsp; Extreme attention to detail and accuracy. Must be able to multi-task.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>Must have good computer skills with a working knowledge of software programs used for plant operations (Mapics, XA “Green Screen”), customer portals, and a process focused mindset.&nbsp; Must understand</span><span>&nbsp;</span><span>general operations in a manufacturing environment.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span><strong>EDUCATION &amp;/or EXPERIENCE:</strong></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent; and a minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:</strong></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>Must have good understanding of general engineering and quality mathematical reasoning. With a proven ability to make decisions based on data.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span><strong>COMPUTER SKILLS:</strong></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>Must possess or obtain the working knowledge of plant quality programs such as but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PLEX, and MiniTab.&nbsp; Must have the ability to generate graphs and charts indicative to metric tracking.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span><strong>REASONING ABILITY:</strong></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>Must possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.&nbsp; Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and process several abstract and concrete variables.&nbsp; Must be able to assess reasonableness or integrity of the analysis performed.</span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span><strong>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:</strong></span></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\"><span>Must possess or the ability to obtain internal auditor certification(s) pertaining to ISO 9001 </span><span>/</span><span> IATF16949, ISO14001.
