    "description": "<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p>We offer single-source facilities services solutions, including engineering, design, installation, repair, maintenance and operations for commercial real estate, financial, healthcare, technology, educational, and industrial facilities.</p>\n<h2>Job Summary</h2>\n<p>New England Mechanical Services is currently seeking HVAC Technicians to maintain, trouble shoot, repair, replace, and operate commercial HVAC systems for our Latham, NY Operations Group.</p>\n<p>We require 5+ years of commercial HVAC systems experience.</p>\n<p>Strong technical aptitude, familiarity with up-to-date communications technology, and strong communication skills are necessary.</p>\n<p>Ability to work well within a small team setting.</p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned</p>\n<p>Attend all safety training provided and/or sponsored by NEMSI.</p>\n<p>Follow all NEMSI safety policies, procedures, and use personal protective equipment when performing installation and/or servicing HVAC systems.</p>\n<p>Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance.</p>\n<p>Flexible to work overtime and weekends as demand requires.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Commercial HVAC systems experience (5+ years).</li>\n <li>Must have a driver’s license.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<p>While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, smell and lift, set-up and climb ladders as well as stairways. The employee is frequently required to stand and occasionally sit. The employee must regularly lift and /or move various weight ranges such as 0-50 lbs. frequently, 51-100 lbs. occasionally and 101 plus seldom. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
