This position responds promptly to service requests through HotSOS, maintains organized and well stocked storage areas, and assists in guest room support tasks such as linen delivery and bed making. This role is essential to maintaining smooth housekeeping operations and delivering exceptional guest experience.</p><p>You will embody Westgate’s core values of&#xa0;<strong>Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic</strong>&#xa0;in everything you do while shaping the culture and performance of the Guest Services Department. When you join, you become part of a company that values&#xa0;<strong>hospitality, teamwork, accountability, and professional growth</strong>.</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Respond to HotSOS service orders promptly and meet Westgate response standards.</li><li>Deliver linens, cribs, highchairs, shower benches, and other guest amenities with a smile.</li><li>Pick up used items and return them for proper sanitation.</li><li>Keep closets, storage rooms, and equipment areas clean, organized, and well‑stocked.</li><li>Assist with bed making when delivering linens.</li><li>Protect and effectively manage all assigned equipment, keys, carts, and devices.</li><li>Report any damaged items right away through HotSOS or to your supervisor.</li><li>Follow all safety guidelines to keep yourself and your teammates safe.</li><li>Jump in to help other team members or departments when needed.</li><li>Represent Westgate proudly through professionalism, appearance, and positive energy.</li></ul>",
