Residents will be immersed in a healthy church environment where they will grow spiritually, develop leadership capacity, and gain real-world ministry experience.</p>\n<p>This residency is built for individuals who sense a calling to ministry and are ready to be stretched, equipped, and deployed.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Purpose of the Residency</span></span></span></p>\n<p>To develop leaders who are:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Spiritually formed</span> (deepening their relationship with Jesus)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Practically equipped</span> (able to lead in real ministry environments)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Missionally sent</span> (ready to serve where God calls them)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Components</span></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1.
