    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>&nbsp;We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate who will have delivery driver responsibilities. The ideal candidate will assist in various recycling duties, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as fulfilling delivery responsibilities for parts and materials to our customers and team members. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Associate will be required to adhere to all health and safety requirements. The shift is <strong>Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with rotating weekends</strong>. <strong>This is a temporary position from June - end of August.</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>Sort and manage metal recycling program</li><li>Reclaim refrigerant from HVAC systems following all safety protocols.</li><li>Ensure warehouse and parking lot is maintained on a regular basis {trash pick- up and removal, sweeping, dusting, and organizing materials on the shelves}</li><li>Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing all incoming material arriving to our facility from vendors, shipping companies and couriers.</li><li>Examine incoming shipments to verify the quantity and condition of materials received. Return or reject damaged items. Check merchandise against the packing list description and appropriately report /record any discrepancies.</li><li>Accurately place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in a safe and orderly manner following all safety protocols.</li><li>Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, bales, or other containers.</li><li>Pack and arrange materials from job pull lists for all daily jobs.</li><li>Safely operate all the necessary equipment in the work area.</li><li>Accurately identify and count stock materials for lists or inventories.</li><li>Load and unload delivery vehicles with precision and care.</li><li>Deliver parts and materials to customers in a timely manner, following established routes and schedules.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, including handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.</li><li>Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations while operating company vehicles.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p>&nbsp; <strong>&nbsp;Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>1-3 years of applicable experience preferred.</li><li><strong>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record and the ability maintain coverage under our company&rsquo;s auto insurance policy</strong></li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.</li><li>Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing (training will be provided.)</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on a rotating basis to service the needs of our technical crews and customers.</li><li>Physical Strength: Walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, crawling, stooping, reaching (including overhead), climbing ladders/stairs and lifting and carrying up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis.</li><li>Environment: Working both outdoors in all weather and indoors in varying temperatures including non-climate-controlled areas occasionally with extreme temperatures.&nbsp;</li><li>Visual Abilities: Must be able to read handwriting, type or printed text and correctly differentiate between colors.&nbsp;</li><li>Hearing Abilities: Must be able to clearly hear voices and machinery operating in the work area.&nbsp;</li><li>Other: Must be proficient in the use of smart phones, tablets, and other mobile devices.</li><li>Forklift certification within one year of start date will be required.</li><li>Ability to adhere to safety best practices</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Please note that any offer of employment is conditional upon successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record review (as applicable).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reliable is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
