As part of our Security Department at Monarch Casino Resort Spa, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for both guests and staff.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Conducts regular ID checks on the Monarch Black Hawk property to ensure all guests who are on property are at least 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>Provide the highest level of Guest Service at all times.</li>\n <li>Handle all monetary transactions between guest services and table Games/slots when requested.</li>\n <li>Maintains physical surveillance of the Monarch Black Hawk property.</li>\n <li>Takes charge of and administers emergency first aid to injured or ill guests and team members.</li>\n <li>Conducts post-accident and suspicioned drug screens.</li>\n <li>Takes appropriate action, when required, of individuals suspected of illegal activities.</li>\n <li>Maintains liaison with outside agencies to facilitate the exchange of mutually beneficial information.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.</li>\n <li>Ability to provide exceptional guest service and strong verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or able to achieve certification after hire).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with State Gaming ICMP’s, Rules, and Regulations a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong currency handling skills, ability to process currency transactions accurately.</li>\n <li>Must be able to stand for duration of shift.</li>\n <li>Understanding and knowledge of Title 31 reporting (training provided)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefi</strong><strong>ts:</strong>     </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Enhanced health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a flexible spending account.</li>\n <li>Education, tuition, and certification reimbursement (up to $6,000 per calendar year).</li>\n <li>Growth opportunities available within department/company.</li>\n <li>Access the team dining hall with one free hot meal per shift.</li>\n <li>Company-matched 401k.</li>\n <li><strong> </strong>Paid time off and six observed holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Save your gas and mileage on your car!
