Job Description: The Senior Vice President of Operations will be reporting to the Division President and will manage operational security force programs on large scale National Account, to be a liaison with client representatives to measure contract KPI’s and key long-term initiatives, mentor subordinate managers, and ensure compliance with financial performance projections. Primary Responsibilities Interact with senior client representatives on designated clients to measure contract KPI’s and key long-term initiatives Administers internal control programs to facilitate the operational or administrative requirements of the contract. Engages subordinate Managers and Security Operators to ensure contract compliance and define performance expectations. Receives and executes such technical directions as the client may issue within the terms and conditions of the contract. Ensure sound business practices are deployed to comply with financial performance projections. Maintains high standards of competence through such instruction and training for the Managers, Supervisors, and Security force. Provides direct management to subordinate personnel. Qualifications Shall be fully capable of managing and supervising large-scale security operations in a highly regulated environment. The preferred candidate will possess an MBA degree with an emphasis on P&L performance. Must possess effective communications skills, both written and oral, and possess a Bachelor’s degree with ten (10) years of successful civilian or military equivalent law enforcement experience of which five (5) years must be in management, or; Bachelor’s degree with fifteen (15) years of successful security experience at the of which ten (10) years must be in management or; Associate Degree with fifteen (15) years of successful civilian or military law enforcement experience, of which ten (10) years were in at a level of leadership, or; Successfully completed twenty (20) years of civilian or military equivalent law enforcement at the command level The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification. Inter-Con employs over 25,000 security officer personnel world-wide, trained and managed by a team of professionals with unsurpassed military, law enforcement, and security experience.\\r\\n\\r\\nInter-Con is Everywhere Security Matters.\\r\\n\\r\\nJob Description:\\r\\n\\r\\nThe Senior Vice President of Operations will be reporting to the Division President and will manage operational security force programs on large scale National Account, to be a liaison with client representatives to measure contract KPI&rsquo;s and key long-term initiatives, mentor subordinate managers, and ensure compliance with financial performance projections.\\r\\n\\r\\nPrimary Responsibilities \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tInteract with senior client representatives on designated clients to measure contract KPI&rsquo;s and key long-term initiatives\\r\\n\\tAdministers internal control programs to facilitate the operational or administrative requirements of the contract.\\r\\n\\tEngages subordinate Managers and Security Operators to ensure contract compliance and define performance expectations.\\r\\n\\tReceives and executes such technical directions as the client may issue within the terms and conditions of the contract.\\r\\n\\tEnsure sound business practices are deployed to comply with financial performance projections.\\r\\n\\tMaintains high standards of competence through such instruction and training for the Managers, Supervisors, and Security force.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tProvides direct management to subordinate personnel.\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nQualifications \\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tShall be fully capable of managing and supervising large-scale security operations in a highly regulated environment.\\r\\n\\tThe preferred candidate will possess an MBA degree with an emphasis on P&amp;L performance.\\r\\n\\tMust possess effective communications skills, both written and oral, and possess a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with ten (10) years of successful civilian or military equivalent law enforcement experience of which five (5) years must be in management, or;\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\n\\tBachelor&rsquo;s degree with fifteen (15) years of successful security experience at the of which ten (10) years must be in management or;\\r\\n\\tAssociate Degree with fifteen (15) years of successful civilian or military law enforcement experience, of which ten (10) years were in at a level of leadership, or;\\r\\n\\tSuccessfully completed twenty (20) years of civilian or military equivalent law enforcement at the command level\\r\\n\\r\\n\\r\\nThe preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
