As our SAP Functional Consultant, you will be the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Sales and Distribution (SD) processes. If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on turning complex technical requirements into seamless business successes, we want to hear from you.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Business Process Optimization:</strong> Analyze existing OTC processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend best-in-class improvements to align SAP configurations with business goals.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Solution Design &amp; Configuration:</strong> Lead the design and configuration of SAP SD modules, including sales order management, pricing, billing, and credit management.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Requirements Leadership:</strong> Conduct workshops with stakeholders to elicit, define, and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Project Management &amp; Integration:</strong> Manage critical workstreams such as data migration and integrations with FI/CO, MM, and Logistics, ensuring seamless electronic document exchange (EDI) with trading partners.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Testing &amp; Quality Assurance:</strong> Lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure all system changes and enhancements function flawlessly.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Training &amp; Insights:</strong> Develop training materials to empower end-users and collaborate with stakeholders to design dashboards that provide valuable analytics into OTC performance.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong> We are looking for a motivated professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. To be successful, you will typically possess:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. SAP Certification in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module is highly preferred.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> In-depth functional knowledge of SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA within the OTC/SD module, including hands-on configuration experience and functional specification writing.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Project History:</strong> Proven experience working on at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects (with at least one Greenfield implementation).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Specialized Skills:</strong> Familiarity with EDI processes, data migration (extraction/cleansing), and integration with other SAP modules (FI/MM/WM). Knowledge of ABAP or BTP (Business Technology Platform) is a significant plus.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Industry Knowledge:</strong> Deep understanding of core business processes (pricing, billing, inventory).
