You’ll play a key role in supervising and supporting caregivers, helping to implement and monitor individualized care plans. This position offers a balance between clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to use your nursing expertise in a way that’s impactful, but without the physical strain of traditional direct care.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Creates patient Plan of Care per Physician’s orders and ensures compliance </li>\n <li>Implements nursing support for individuals in a home setting </li>\n <li>Reviews nursing documentation to ensure Field Nurse is following Physician’s orders </li>\n <li>Reviewing MARs, verbal orders, medication profile management to match Physicians orders </li>\n <li>Follows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standards </li>\n <li>Completes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentation </li>\n <li>Training for Caregivers and Nurses as required </li>\n <li>Participates in staff meetings, in-services and other meetings as required </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Degree in Nursing from an accredited school </li>\n <li>Must have no less than 2 years clinical experience, and at least 1 year in related management/supervisory role </li>\n <li>Current or multi state license in compliance with the state regulations </li>\n <li>CPR professional certification </li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the company </li>\n <li>Capable of working independently with highly confidential information </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>\n<p>All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
