    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p><br></p><table border=\"1\" cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" id=\"isPasted\" width=\"638\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 100%;\"><p>The Machine Set-Up Tech ensure machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards</p><p>Essential Functions:</p><ul><li>Sets up and operates tools, machinery, and equipment according to instructions and specifications.</li><li>Selects, places, and secures tools.&nbsp;</li><li>Places and secures work pieces in proper machine table, holding device, or other appropriate surface using clamps and wrenches.</li><li>Observes each machine to verify quality performance.</li><li>Sets and adjusts necessary controls to regulate machines performance.</li><li>Inspects tooling and repairs or replaces as needed.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Determine whether machinery is working properly based on specifications for expectation such as fixtures, cutting speeds, or feed rates</li><li>Report issues/problems to immediate supervisor</li><li>Act as department communicator during status meetings, management updates, and shift changes.</li><li>Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety</li><li>Ensure work is done safely, consistently and meets quality standards</li><li>Identify, tag and remove non-conforming materials</li><li>Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner</li><li>Communicate with other departments as necessary</li><li>Keep work areas clean and organized&nbsp;</li><li>Adhere to all company rules and policies</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></td></tr></tbody></table><p><br></p></div>\n",
