This role is crucial for developing and overseeing the IT Risk Management framework, enabling the safe, ethical, and compliant deployment of AI/ML technologies by being responsible for:</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:15px;\"><p>Framework Leadership: Lead the design and continuous optimization of the IT Risk Management Framework (including ICT Risk, Operational Resilience, Outsourcing, and Data Management) aligned with DORA and industry best practices.</p></li><li style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:15px;\"><p>AI/ML Governance: Define and embed the 2LoD control infrastructure across the entire AI lifecycle (development, validation, monitoring) to ensure consistent risk standards by 1LoD teams.</p></li><li style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:15px;\"><p>Control Automation & Metrics: Drive the strategic use of automated tools for continuous Control Effectiveness Assessment (CEA). Define standards for automated Data Quality Audits (DQA). Develop and monitor critical KRIs/KPIs for AI, Operational Resilience (BCM, MTTR), and 3rd Party ICT Providers.</p></li><li style=\"font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:15px;\"><p>Regulatory Assurance: Act as the subject matter expert on AI risk, providing independent challenge and assurance on high-impact AI/ML deployments.
