We have recently expanded south to team up with Dr. Lippincott and his team in Statesboro!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Duties (summary):</strong> In this role, you will be handling all aspects of the insurance revenue cycle including charge entry, payment posting, A/R follow up, and patient/insurance calls.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Our Ideal Candidate:</strong> Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with 2 years of medical office experience. We are looking for someone who is trainable, takes initiative, and is able to work without cellphone in hand.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of medical office experience</li><li>Familiar with medical insurance and medical terminology</li><li>Knowledge of full revenue cycle: processing claims, resolving denials, maximizing reimbursement, A/R, preferred</li><li>Computer efficiency, strong data entry, and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to sit at a desk for an extended period of time</li><li>Must pass a background check and drug screen</li><li>Ability to comply with all company policies</li><li>Punctual and dependable</li><li>Ability to work independently and with others</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong> We offer comprehensive insurance options for full-time employees and their families, 401(k), generous paid time off, and paid holidays.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday-Friday no weekends or major holidays</p><p><br></p><p>The estimated salary that Indeed, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn suggest does not represent Augusta ENT PC’s compensation structure.</p>",
