Our products protect human life and personal property, improve the quality of life, generate economic prosperity, and connect society.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The <strong>Equipment Operator</strong> for Titan Florida, LLC Pennsuco Aggregates Division in Medley, FL.  This wage non-exempt position is assigned to the Aggregates Loadout Department and will report to the Shipping Manager. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform all required safety checks and follow all safety rules and regulations.</li>\n <li>Operate front-end loader (WA600/WA500 loading outside trucks and trains).</li>\n <li>Operate a rubber tire dozer.</li>\n <li>Communicate with weighmasters, loadout manager, trail scale and loadout lead man.</li>\n <li>Work with lead man on other tasks required in loadout and plant.</li>\n <li>Move finished products when necessary.</li>\n <li>Push material on the basic pile to feeders for aggregates production.</li>\n <li>Continuously communicate with plant tower operator and loadout operator.</li>\n <li>Must be willing and able to train to operate other equipment and to perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Lead man.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Safety-minded.</li>\n <li>Ability to speak, read and write the English language.</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge of material specifications, preferred.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of equipment operation preferred (dozer) and front-end loader.</li>\n <li>Ability to understand and follow the oral and written instructions to carry out sufficient repair orders.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned tasks properly and in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Maintain a current Florida Driver’s License and a clean Motor Vehicle Record.</li>\n <li>Ability to work well with others.</li>\n <li>Capable of working in confined spaces.</li>\n <li>Able to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk or hear.</li>\n <li>High School diploma or GED.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em><u>Shift:</u></em></strong></p>\n<p>3rd Shift (9 p.m. to 5 a.m.).  Must be able to work weekends and overtime as necessary.
