As a clinician on the team, the Team Leader provides assessment, treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, and support services to individuals with a broad range of mental health and substance use challenges, and assists in coordinating care across programs within our organization and also with other providers in the community.&nbsp;</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Disclaimer:&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">This role requires flexibility to transport clients/patients to organization-sponsored services or resources that address their basic and clinical needs. Drivers transporting clients/patients or driving company vehicles are to be age 21 or greater.
