Learn more on our Benefits page. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to join our Neuro team at our downtown Fresno campus. In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring that assigned patient populations receive high-quality and comprehensive services. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will act as a patient advocate, educator and coordinator, facilitating continuity of care with the healthcare team. You will also serve as a liaison throughout the hospital system and in the community, promoting the services provided to our population. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is an incredible opportunity to expand and share your expertise within the region's largest healthcare system! </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Experience</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>3 years of recent nursing experience in the area specialty required </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Licenses and Certifications</strong>  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>NATIONAL - National Certification related to specialty and applicable to role OR Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Degree required </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Disclaimers</h2>\n<p>• Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.• If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.</p>",
