This position is part of the Every Child Succeeds Program and Help Me Grow Home Visiting which offers voluntary home visits to pregnant and parenting families with children birth through preschool age. &nbsp;This position provides families with necessary resources and skills to raise children who are healthy, happy, and ready to learn. &nbsp;Program goals include improving maternal and child health, preventing child abuse and neglect, encouraging positive parenting, and promoting child development and school readiness.</p><p>Support families in helping their children grow, learn, and develop to their fullest potential!
