Evening and weekend hours required as needed for emergency maintenance needs.&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Physical Requirements</strong>: standing, kneeling, lifting, carrying, painting.</li><li><strong>Required Education</strong>: High School Diploma; applicable Work History.</li><li><strong>Required Experience</strong>: 1+ years of experience in residential property maintenance is preferred.
