To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our Lake Country Co-op brand to life, visit us at www.lakecountryco-op.crs.</p><p><strong>Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:</strong><br>• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.<br>• Provide Legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.<br>• Lead a culture of safety and maximizing operational efficiency.<br>• Completion of daily reports, cash ups and other administrative tasks.<br>• Be present on floor to assist with customer questions, complaints, and comments.<br>• Understand all areas of store operations and supervise the team in their daily duties.<br>• Procurement, receiving and merchandising of product with focus on customer- friendly presentation.<br>• Work with management to improve store efficiency.<br>• Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.<br>• Perform all other Duties as assigned.<br>• Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility and Respect.</p><p><strong>Why It Matters: </strong>Our Lake Country Co-op team provides a range of products and services to support our 54,680 member-owners in 20 different communities.
