Other duties may be assigned.</p><ol><li>Manufacture quality blow molding machinery, auxiliary equipment, and sub-assemblies using various tools and equipment.</li><li>Maintain compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and Company safety standards.</li><li>Build and manufacture items according to drawings and bills of material, meeting established production quality and quantity standards.</li><li>Perform maintenance and repair of building equipment as assigned, including preventative maintenance.</li><li>Operate power equipment and material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, cranes).</li><li>Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, and production personnel to resolve manufacturing problems and report material shortages.</li><li>Develop specifications from general descriptions and create sketches of parts or products to be manufactured.</li><li>Submit daily time accounting, payroll information, and other required paperwork.</li><li>Assist with employee training and support other departments as needed.</li></ol>",
