Our headquarters in Wentzville, MO is looking for talented people to join our established Production Team of dedicated individuals to help meet our production demands. This is a full-time, day shift position.<br><br></strong><p><strong>The ideal candidate(s) would have the following skills:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Good communication skills including reading and writing</strong></li><li><strong>Basic math skills</strong></li><li><strong>Ability to use, and read a tape measure</strong></li><li><strong>Maintain good attendance</strong></li><li><strong>Must have reliable transportation to work daily</strong></li><li><strong>Be able to lift up to 70lbs and walk/stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift</strong></li><li><strong>Enjoy a &ldquo;Team&rdquo; atmosphere and be a &ldquo;Team Player&rdquo;</strong></li><li><strong>Have an eye for quality, practice good work safety habits, and follow established Standard Operating Procedures to achieve company objectives</strong></li><li><strong>Have a strong attention to detail and be a self-motivated individual</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Job description may include, but not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Confirms purchase orders and/or shop tickets</strong></li><li><strong>Measure proper layouts required on molds and prep for production using waxes, tape, masking paper, blocking devices, and tape measures</strong></li><li><strong>Polish/grind and prepare product for shipment to customer</strong></li><li><strong>Utilize resins and fillers to produce, or repair products as needed</strong></li><li><strong>Operate a spray gun to apply gel coats (must be able to wear a respirator)</strong></li><li><strong>Load correct product using shipping manifests</strong></li><li><strong>Follow all procedures to ensure quality and safety</strong></li><li><strong>Experience preferred, but not required for the right person(s)</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Some areas of production may differ in their daily tasks and shift times may vary. Superior Home Products Team Members must be willing to work in any department as necessary to meet company objectives. Daily and/or weekend overtime may be necessary at times to meet customer demands.
