    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Polyglass USA, Inc.</strong>, a premier roofing materials manufacturer, has an opening for a Coatings and Restoration Specialist. This role is primarily responsible for providing a defined territory sales and field technical support, product knowledge/training and project support to consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and distributors with the goal of achieving educating/training customers and achieving a target revenue goal for that territory and driving repeat business. We are currently seeking somoene in the Northern California market.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What You Get To Do:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <ul>\n  <li>Attain/exceed territory revenue goals by providing sales support to customers in defined territory&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Sales support responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing job leads to contractors, processing substitution requests, developing contacts/repeat customers in the contractor, architectural, consultant, engineering and distribution community within the defined territory&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Develops sales strategy and execute for the defined territory including developing the appropriate product and customer mix to attain defined revenue&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Supports National Technical Services manager with waterproofing and air and vapor barrier installation and design needs&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Represents the entire BES portfolio. Seeks out both waterproofing and roofing opportunities and works with roofing group to develop and communicate leads&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Designs and develops technical content upon request including but not limited to guide specifications, installation instructions, CAD drawings/system details etc.)&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Provides project support to contractors, specifiers, consultants, architects and building owners on the job site, in person or via conference calls to ensure successful project completions&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Provide voice of customer from the field to product management and R&amp;D for new product development projects&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Support the BES training initiatives for both internal and external parties upon request&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Manage relationships and promote Polyglass image/goals within requested industry associations (for example IIBEC, CSI, SWRI, etc.)</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<p><strong>What You Bring:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>7+ years of related industry experience in a technical and or sales role&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to travel up to 30%</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Join the <strong>Polyglass</strong><i><strong>family</strong></i> today.&nbsp;<a href=\"http://www.polyglass.us/careers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">www.polyglass.us/careers</a>&nbsp;</p>",
