This investment has produced a highly professional, innovative and passionate team that deliver projects for our clients safely, efficiently and to the highest standards in the industry.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We are a preferred provider in growth segments such as residential, commercial, mix use and controlled environments (including pharmaceutical and healthcare).</p>\n<p>Our culture is innovative, collaborative, performance focused and built on partnership, with safety at the forefront of everything that we do.</p>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><em>Come join us.</em></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span>Clancy Construction is seeking an experienced Snagger to work with us in Cork.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Location</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a Site based role in the Cork area.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Reporting to </span></p>\n<p>The Site Manager.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities will include :</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>All assigned jobs are to be carried out to the highest standard fully complying with health and safety regulations at all times.</li>\n<li>Responsible for supporting the Site Manager in proactive prevention of snags on large residential projects.</li>\n<li>Detect and report on planned inspection, detection and close out regime of snags on new residential units prior to handover.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance to high standards of health &amp; safety and compliance at all times.</li>\n<li>Carry out specified tasks in assigned locations to include all aspects of general property maintenance.</li>\n<li>Manage snag lists and accurate records effectively using in-house systems.</li>\n<li>Required to carry out a variety of snagging and maintenance on new build residential properties.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications / Experience :</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidates will be able to carry out first and second fix works and will be skilled across all key general trades</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous Snagging experience is essential.</li>\n<li>Team player with ability to build effective relationships at all levels.</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.</li>\n<li>Good verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Equal Opportunities</span></p>\n<p>Clancy is an equal opportunity employer.
