    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Trade Up to a Better Opportunity in the Trades!</h2>\n<p><strong>Haley Mechanical</strong> is seeking a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional with a positive attitude to join our growing home services team as an <strong>Installation Coordinator</strong>, supporting <strong>Sewer, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical</strong> projects.</p>\n<h3>Why Join This Team?</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Prescription, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li>\n <li>Disability & Term Life Insurance</li>\n <li>401(k) with company matching</li>\n <li>Ongoing training, development, and career growth opportunities</li>\n <li>Paid holidays</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Schedule and coordinate sold installation work for HVAC, Sewer, Electrical, and Plumbing projects requiring an installer or install crew</li>\n <li>Communicate directly with customers regarding scheduling, expectations, and project updates</li>\n <li>Ensure all required documentation is submitted to the appropriate municipality and follows permitting and inspection processes</li>\n <li>Track installations through completion, final inspection, and payment collection</li>\n <li>Coordinate with technicians to ensure job scope details, photos, checklists, and sketches are accurately captured</li>\n <li>Work closely with dispatch to align installer schedules with customer availability</li>\n <li>Provide frequent customer updates for installations pending permits, inspections, or return visits</li>\n <li>Communicate job scope and equipment needs to installers</li>\n <li>Ensure Certificates of Insurance (COIs) remain current</li>\n <li>Collaborate with department service managers and dispatch to optimize scheduling and minimize cancellations</li>\n <li>Confirm installers have proper materials and place vendor orders as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Responsibilities Excluded from This Role</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Coaching or performance management of technicians</li>\n <li>Conducting one‑on‑one coaching sessions</li>\n <li>Hiring or terminating technicians or installers</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Who We Are</h3>\n<p>Haley Mechanical is a team of hardworking professionals committed to excellence, growth, and long‑term success.
