The Barista educates customers about our entire selection of premium coffees, teas, and menu items and develops a rapport with our customers by making an effort to learn their names, favorite drinks, and food items. In addition, the Barista helps with general stocking and cleaning.</p><p>The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or high school equivalency diploma, at least one year of experience in food service or restaurant setting, and can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES :</strong></u></p><ul><li>Craft delicious coffee, espresso-based drinks and specialty coffees and teas</li><li>Prepare and serve tasty breakfast and lunch Items&nbsp;</li><li>Engage with customers and provide top-notch service&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace&nbsp;</li><li>Operate the point-of-sale system and other required software, accept responsibility and accountability for the cash drawer</li><li>Comply with all safety policies and procedures</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
