Ce poste consiste à répondre aux besoins des clients existants dans tous les secteurs d'activités et à continuer de développer le marché par le biais des relations existantes et à travers de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires.</span></p>\n<p><span>L'accent est mis sur les services conseils, les relations avec les clients, la gestion de projet et l'ingénierie de conception, en français et en anglais.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous devrez:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span> </span><span>Assurer la réussite des projets pour les clients du Québec, avec la possibilité de travailler sur des projets dans d'autres marchés si nécessaire.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Travailler avec notre groupe interne des opérations pour établir des devis et préparer des estimations/propositions de clients, ainsi que pour produire des rapports à l'intention des clients, et assurer l'interface avec les clients pour les nouveaux projets et services.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Rédiger des documents de spécifications, examiner et annoter des dessins.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Développer des relations de travail avec les clients, le personnel et les sous-traitants.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Former le personnel et/ou les sous-traitants selon les besoins.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Assurer la supervision du chantier et la mise en service de tous les systèmes, le cas échéant.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Participer en tant que membre de l'équipe senior, en apportant un leadership technique, un mentorat et en offrant une contribution stratégique aux clients et aux prospects sur les offres d'Attain.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Gérer et mettre à jour les feuilles de temps et les informations sur les projets dans les systèmes internes (Workflow Max ou autre) à des fins de facturation mensuelle.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Maintenir un ratio de temps facturable de 70% du temps affecté aux projets (après les 90 premiers jours du processus d'intégration).</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et des systèmes afin de répondre aux besoins des clients et d'avoir un impact positif sur les membres de l'équipe.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Vice-président- Ingénierie et bâtiments intelligents, afin de stimuler la croissance des revenus dans le marché de Montréal en répondant aux besoins des clients existants et en identifiant les opportunités au sein de la base de clients établie.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Effectuer du développement de marché et d'affaires (environ 20 % de votre temps).</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Démontrer les valeurs et la mission d'Attain en fournissant des conseils stratégiques et fiables sur tous les types de technologie -
