This person drives the “Testing Center of Excellence” for the enterprise to enable improved IT solution quality, accelerate delivery, and increase testing collaboration. The incumbent is responsible for Test Automation, Test Data Management, and Test Environment Management of all applications managed by IT internal team and third-party vendors. Conduct performance reviews of each Team Member within IEHP guidelines.</li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education & Requirements  </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A minimum of ten (10) years of Information systems and Quality Assurance experience required</li>\n <li>Proven leadership experience, mentoring, and developing a Quality Assurance team at a leadership level</li>\n <li>Experience planning and executing end to end testing of integrated systems including validation of the integration layer</li>\n <li>Experience writing and executing basic SQL query commands</li>\n <li>Experience working with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies</li>\n <li>Experience in performing different types of Testing: Black box, GUI, Integration, Regression, Backend, System, End-to-End and User Acceptance Testing</li>\n <li>Experience in vendor management</li>\n <li>Demonstrated leader in the coordination of cross-functional teams and champion of consistency and task completion</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in achieving new business development goals</li>\n <li>Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Management or similar technical field from an accredited institution required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of:\n  <ul>\n   <li>IT Strategy planning, IT Methodologies/QA Processes, and Automation technologies</li>\n   <li>Understanding of Automation Tools/ Technologies and Frameworks</li>\n   <li>Prior Business system Analysis experience</li>\n   <li>Understanding of EDI X12/HL7</li>\n   <li>Requirement gathering and Business System Analysis</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Strong understanding of:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Healthcare issues, information systems, management issues, and current trends</li>\n   <li>Conceptualizing business strategies while implementing information systems and technology strategic direction</li>\n   <li>Quality assurance processes and procedures, and the ability to devise methods to enforce quality standards</li>\n   <li>All aspects of the health care industry</li>\n   <li>Extensive experience in clinical workflows, IT systems and integrations, federal regulations, and state and federal programs</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Strong planning, organization, critical thinking, decision-making and communication (verbal and written) skills</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal skills</li>\n <li>Budget management skills</li>\n <li>Proven skills in budget preparation fiscal management</li>\n <li>Group presentation, leadership, team building, analytical and organizational skills</li>\n <li>Robust analytical skills for both existing processes and identifying areas of opportunity</li>\n <li>Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills</li>\n <li>Proven skills in the development, implementation and execution of strategic plans, the integration of complex projects into existing systems and structures, and the ability to identify future opportunities</li>\n <li>Recruit, motivate and manage IT staff members</li>\n <li>Proven ability to:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Be a leader with a hands-on approach in a complex fast-paced business environment</li>\n   <li>Present issues and challenges in senior management forums</li>\n   <li>Work with a team of professionals from various disciplines</li>\n   <li>Lead through times of change, disruption, and growth</li>\n   <li>Express action-oriented and creative approaches to IT system issues and problems</li>\n   <li>Listen effectively, respond to sensitive inquiries or complaints, cope with an ambiguous or changing environment</li>\n   <li>Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment</li>\n   <li>Create quality standards, tools, and methodologies</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Start your journey towards a thriving future with IEHP and apply <u>TODAY</u>!</strong></p>\n<h2>Work Model Location</h2>\n<p>This position is on a hybrid work schedule.
